Our services are intended exclusively for parents or legal guardians enrolling children in swim lessons. Individuals under the age of 18 may not use this site or enroll in services without verifiable parental consent. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these terms or any applicable laws.

All personal information is stored securely through third-party services, including GoHighLevel, and is accessible only to authorized personnel who require such access to fulfill operational functions.

These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of our services or website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Galveston County, Texas.
